National Exectuive Director of Development -
The Director will build and lead a high-performing team which will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors and lenders. The individual will also lead efforts in grant applications and presentations. This person will participate in these processes in a hands-on manner, while building a team to expand the organizations capabilities in philanthropic giving. The individual will develop fundraising strategies to reach goal targets, serve as our development liaison; support budgets, special projects, and strategic planning.
National Director of Human Resources -
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for national support and coordination of regional and school level human resource operations. The individual will be primarily responsible for employee satisfaction and responsiveness regarding payroll and benefit matters with a secondary focus on professional growth and work-place climate.
National Director of Recruiting -
The Recruiter will ensure that all EEI schools and Compass programs have a pool of highly qualified candidates to fill available positions. The primary focus will be to recruit high-performing teachers with a secondary focus on school instructional leaders/principals, deans of students, business managers, and para-professionals.
Regional Executive Director, St. Louis -
As the leader of the EEI Regional Team, the Executive Director has the final responsibility for the academic and operational performance of the region. This includes overseeing the ongoing operations and priorities of the schools, supervising the principals of the schools, representing the EEI region, overseeing the work of the Compass programs and facilities divisions in the region and directing the growth of the region. Application deadline has been extended to December 31, 2011.
Regional Director of Christian Programming, Phoenix -
The Director will lead and strengthen the existing Compass programs in Phoenix, AZ, which currently serve about 200 students, while designing program models and leading the start of new programs in Phoenix and likely new regions.
Regional Director of Teaching and Learning, Milwaukee -
The Director has the final responsibility for the academic performance of the region. This includes overseeing curriculum and instruction, staff recruitment and evaluation, professional development, and the overall consistent implementation of the agreed-upon best practices throughout the HOPE Christian Schools network.
Founding Principal of HOPE Christian School, Milwaukee -
The Principal will be the driving force in the successful opening and subsequent development of the fourth school in the HOPE Christian Schools network in Milwaukee.
Principal of HOPE Christian School: Prima, Milwaukee -
The Principal will be the driving force in the successful leadership and development of HOPE: Prima, which was the first established school in the Milwaukee network of HOPE Christian Schools.
EAGLE College Prep Schools, Phoenix -
EAGLE will be holding a Job Fair on February 25 for a multitude of positions open at our highly respected schools in the South Mountain area of Phoenix.
Our regional networks of schools include HOPE Christian Schools in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and EAGLE College Prep Schools in Phoenix, Arizona. We anticipate beginning a new network on schools in the St. Louis area in 2013.
